Діяльність іноземних військових місій у Китаї у 20–40-х рр. ХХ ст.: порівняльний аспект

Анотація
Головний об’єкт дослідження – діяльність іноземних військових місій у Китаї у 1923-1949 рр. Важливе уточнення – вивчення результативності японських, радянських, німецьких, французьких, італійських, американських, британських військових місій, які виконували свої обов’язки щодо створення боєздатних збройних формувань на території китайської держави, не є головною метою автора. Мета дослідження – вивчити аспекти діяльності безпосередньо іноземних військових фахівців у Китаї. Дослідити найважливіші фактори, що впливали на виконання службових обов’язків у тривалій часовій ретроспективі, необхідно для узагальнення стану теми та виявлення невивчених лакун. Дослідження діяльності іноземних військових у Китаї протягом більш ніж тридцятирічного періоду дає змогу побачити безліч важливих нюансів їхньої важкої роботи, невидимих при вивченні діяльності однієї місії.
В дослідженні використовується численна наукова література, що присвячена різнобічним аспектам військової модернізації Китаю в 20-40-х рр. ХХ ст. Але, при цьому акцент підчас аналізу літератури зроблено на вивченні роботи іноземних військових місій в Китаї. Метод порівняння роботи різних іноземних військових фахівців дозволяє більш ретельно синтезувати результати дослідження низки важливих, науково цікавих і глибоких досліджень вчених різних країн. Порівняння дозволяє розкрити багато латентних важелів складної роботи військових фахівців. Автор ставить завдання – досліджувати причини успіхів і приховані фактори невдач діяльності військових місій різних країн, які активно працювали в збройних силах різних китайських і сепаратистських сил у Тибеті, Сіньцзяні та Монголії, що діяли на теренах китайської держави в 20-40-х рр. ХХ ст.
Автор звернув увагу на складний і суперечливий фактор рівня розвитку військової справи в країнах, які відправляли свої місії до Китаю. Уточнення впливу цієї складної і важливої теми дозволяє по-новому поглянути на роботу іноземних військових у Китаї в 20-40-х рр. ХХ ст.
Так само важливим є складний політичний контекст умов діяльності зарубіжних військових професіоналів у Китаї. Політика урядів низки країн, що активно діяли у Китаї, внесла вирішальні корективи в роботу військових практично всіх іноземних місій у досліджуваний період.
