Діяльність військових місій провідних європейських держав в арміях союзників у Першій світовій війні 1914-1918 рр.: узагальнення проблематики

Анотація
Найновіші наукові досягнення у галузі воєнної історії пов’язані з використанням сучасних методик, розроблених провідними істориками кінця XX – початку XXI ст., що значно розширило діапазон дослідження різноманітних аспектів історії як науки. Багатовекторність наукових праць військово-історичної спрямованості вплинула і на вивчення історії військової модернізації. Це дозволило розширити осмислення важливого наукового напряму – запозичення новітніх армійських технологій та методик за участю іноземних військових місій. У сучасних умовах тема дослідження перевірки нових військових технологічних і теоретичних інновацій в умовах бойових дій є актуальною. Вчені, які вивчали еволюцію військової справи під час Першої світової війни, не активно використовували метод узагальнення та компаративістики в контексті аналізу діяльності іноземних військових місій в арміях союзників у 1914-1918 рр. Зазвичай, вивчалися лише конкретні військові місії в окремі країни, що й призвело до фрагментарності знань про діяльність місій. Наприклад, низка досліджень присвячена історії німецьких та французьких військових місій в арміях своїх союзників під час війни. Проте, узагальнюючої роботи, яка б була присвячена такому складному явищу як запозиченню різних напрямів військових інновацій за допомогою іноземних військових фахівців, ще не створено. Зазвичай, вчені зосереджували свою увагу на впливі іноземних військових професіоналів на армії, в яких офіцери виконували свої обов’язки в складі місій. Діяльність же самих місій залишалася лише частиною загальної тематики щодо вивчення Першої світової війни.
Дослідження присвячене узагальненню проблематики діяльності військових місій в умовах масштабних бойових дій 1914-1918 рр., зокрема увага в роботі зосереджена насамперед на порівнянні діяльності німецької військової місії (в Османській імперії у 1913–1918 рр.) та французької військової місії (в Румунії у 1916-1918 рр.).
